John has 30+ years in automotive sales experience, with over eight years at Brattleboro Subaru. John has worked in Brattleboro for most of his career; his family used to own a dealership in town where he worked for eight years. With over 20 years in Brattleboro and over 21 years with Subaru, John has built a lot of great relationships and is a huge supporter of local businesses helping local people. He always makes time for his family and customers and he loves to talk, whether with a previous customer while their vehicle is being serviced or new ones looking to purchase a car; he always makes himself available.

Shawn has 26+ years of automotive experience, 12 years with Subaru. Shawn joined our staff in December of 2009 and since then has made it his number one priority to satisfy every customer who uses our Parts & Service Department. Shawn believes that every customer is entitled to having all repairs and maintenance done professionally and correctly the first time. We feel confident with Shawn at the wheel of our Parts & Service Department, knowing he will exceed your expectations and give you a place to trust when it comes to your vehicle needs.

Luke Higley has 11+ years in automotive sales experience, with 17 years at Subaru. Luke has lived in the Brattleboro Area for many years and understands what it means to work and support a great community like Brattleboro. Luke started with Brattleboro Subaru as a sales consultant, moving his way to Business Manager, and in August of 2010, Luke was promoted to General Sales Manager. We feel lucky to have an employee like Luke, who started at the bottom and, through hard work and dedication to his customers and the dealership, has become a main staple at Brattleboro Subaru.

Nizam has 10+ years of automotive sales experience and his entire tenure has been servicing the town of Brattleboro. Nizam has been with Brattleboro Subaru for many years now and was promoted to Business Manager in August of 2010. We are proud to have an employee as well qualified and loyal as Nizam.

Rob is here to help you get out of your current vehicle situation. Whether you are in a lease, have money owed or even own it outright, Rob is the guy for you! 

Sue is a veteran in the automotive industry and has been part of the team since the beginning. She is a valued staff member who is always willing to help others!

Terri is always ready to help staff, customers, and anyone whenever they need her! She is an important part of our team! 

Levi is here to help you find the parts you need for your vehicle and assist you with any projects you have. He is very helpful to anyone who needs it, so if you need assistance, don't hesitate to give us a call!

Jady started as our full time receptionist so will know where to direct you over the phone or in the building! She loves spending time with her family and especially her dog!

Amanda has been with Brattleboro Subaru for over 8 years and is ready to answer any questions you may have about your vehicle! She started here as our Receptionist and since, has moved up to being a Service Advisor!  

Jordan's number one concern is with making sure the customer is well informed about their vehicle and has the most streamlined experience while here at Brattleboro Subaru. Your interests are his interests!

Morgan is here to ensure you and your car are cared for in a timely, comfortable manner. She is available to help you get into a new vehicle if the repairs of your current one are getting too costly. Either way, she's there for you!

Jody has over 27 years in the auto industry. He enjoys golf and the outdoors. He is ready to service your vehicle for whatever it might need! 

Sam has over 17 years in the auto industry, with stints at Green Light Auto Center and David Ford, as well as the U.S. Air Force. He volunteers regularly with Greater Keene Women's Softball as both a coach and board member. He believes playing golf is the greatest pastime and family is always first! Sam is a reliable tech in our service department and we are lucky to have him!

Walker is a great tech who's ready to get you back on the road.

Brian started out at Brattleboro Subaru as a young kid sweeping the body shop and now he has been one of our Technicians for many years! He will always be ready to help you get back on the road! 

Kyle is a great tech who's ready to get you back on the road.

Michael is here to service your car when you need it, quick and efficient. He is a tech you can rely on!

Anthony is one of our technicians and has lots of knowledge about cars and is ready to fix yours!
