Brattleboro Subaru
At Brattleboro Subaru, we believe in making the world a better place and the Subaru Love Promise is our vision of respecting all people. This is our commitment to show love and respect to our customers and to work to make a positive impact in the world. We are extremely proud to be the recipient of the 2024 Subaru Love Promise Gold Customer & Community Commitment Award! This award further demonstrates our efforts towards giving back and we are always striving to do everything we can for our communities.

Subaru Loves to Help
Providing comfort, hope, and confidence to children in urgent need.
Helping others is the key to a strong community which is why Subaru and our
retailers believe in helping to support individuals and families in urgent
need. During Subaru Loves to Help® month, we partner with
Operation Warm, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the
resources they need to thrive. Subaru is proud to be the largest automotive supporter of Operation Warm.
Brattleboro Subaru was proud to partner with the Boys and Girls Club of Brattleboro for this year's Operation Warm mission! We had the opportunity to present children at the Boys & Girls Club with 180 winter coats. This essential item not only helps keep children protected, warm, and dry, but it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being. This can mean the difference between going to school or not; between participating in activities or sitting out. No child should ever have to face these circumstances. This is why Brattleboro Subaru is honored to be apart of this year's Operation Warm mission!
Vermont Flood Relief Efforts with Brattleboro Subaru
Ludlow, VT Flood Relief Efforts
Seeing first hand the damage that was done from the Vermont flooding was an eye opening experience and we knew that we had to get involved. It was our mission to help our local state in every way possible after experiencing all the need that was there. We donated and delivered a pallet of food, 30 box fans and 10 dehumidifiers to the town of Ludlow, all equaling out to about $3,000. As we were driving up to Ludlow to drop off the donation, we couldn't believe how much damage that actually occurred during the floods. We saw pictures and heard about things but seeing it with our own eyes was even more unbelievable! When we got to the Fire Department, we saw volunteers still working on fixing all the damage, this being a couple months later after the storm. The time and amount of people it takes to come together and put all the pieces back together of what got destroyed is crazy, but so amazing to see how everyone in the community joins together when something like this happens. We are glad that we at Brattleboro Subaru were able to help in a time of need and to see how thankful Angela and Fran were at the Ludlow Fire Department after receiving the donation. As a thank you, they gifted us a "Vermont Strong" plaque to represent in our showroom; we are Vermont Strong!
Since receiving this national recognition for our local efforts supporting Ludlow, Subaru of New England visited us recently to award a beautiful plaque for our showroom; while donating an extra $500 to make our donation total $1,000! Jeff Ruble, the COO of Subaru of New England, DOUBLED this added donation amount to make it a grand total of $2,000 cash donated to the Ludlow Fire Station!

Subaru Loves the Earth
At Subaru, we believe what we leave behind is a reflection of who we are. That's why for over two decades, Subaru has been committed to leaving a legacy of protecting and conserving the earth for future generations. Along with our retailers across the country, Subaru works to reduce waste, conserve resources, and preserve natural spaces - taking real, meaningful steps to achieve these goals.
To support the places Subaru and our owners love most, Subaru is the largest corporate donor to the National Park Foundation and has donated over $72 million to organizations working to conserve our national parks. In addition to helping the national parks recycle and compost over 22 million pounds of waste so far, we have also helped replant more than 1 million trees.
Now more than ever, Subaru is in constant pursuit of opportunities that will protect our planet for the future. With upcoming initiatives that include expanding our zero-emission and electric vehicle lineup to eight vehicles by around 2029 and exploring innovative new ways to make a difference, we're keeping our eyes on the road ahead to protect the environment for generations to come.

Subaru Loves to Care
Approximately every three minutes, a person in the U.S. is
diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma. The recovery can be long and
often leaves them feeling weak, cold, and isolated. At Subaru, we believe we
all should have a chance to lead a healthy life.
Through our Love Promise and Subaru Loves to Care® initiative, Subaru and our
retailers partner with LLS and their local hospital or cancer treatment center
to give warm blankets, patient care kits, and encouraging messages of hope,
written by retailers and Subaru customers in their stores, to support patients
facing cancer. Subaru and our retailers are providing over 8,500 blood cancer patients financial relief to help offset non-medical costs associated with treatment, such as transportation, food, housing, utilities, etc. through the LLS Patient Aid Program.
By the end of this year, Subaru and our retailers will have supported nearly
300,000 cancer patients nationwide.

Subaru Loves Learning
Subaru retailers help local schools and students in need through our partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org (AAC) and help expand our collective impact on education. Retailers adopt classrooms at partner schools by providing financial support to address specific resource needs.
Millions of students in high-needs schools lack the supplies and learning materials they need to be successful in the classroom. In fact, 92% of classrooms have students whose families cannot afford to purchase any school supplies for their children, often requiring teachers to purchase resources using their own money.
Subaru and our retailers are continuing our support of education and high-needs schools in our communities through Subaru Loves Learning® by providing teachers across the country with funding to purchase the school supplies and resources they know are most needed to help students thrive in the classroom.

Subaru Loves Pets
According to the ASPCA®, each year approximately 6.3 million
companion animals enter shelters. At Subaru, we believe all pets deserve to
find loving homes.
Through our Love Promise and Subaru Loves Pets® initiative, Subaru retailers
partner with a local animal organization in their community and host adoption
events across the country to help local shelter pets find loving homes. New for
2024, retailer support will provide funding directly to their shelter partners
through a grant administered by the ASPCA.
Subaru and our retailers are proud to have donated over $51 million to national
and local organizations, which has allowed us to help in the adoption, rescue,
transport, and health care of over 420,000 animals and pets.

Subaru Share the Love
The Subaru Share the Love Event takes place every year from mid-November to early January. During this time, Subaru of America and the team at Brattleboro Subaru donate a portion of proceeds from every new car sale to one of four national charities, or a local hometown charity here in the Brattleboro area. We were thrilled to partner with Youth Services this past year and present them our donation check. Thank you for all the support making this community initiative possible year after year!
Over $424,744 has been donated to charities through the Share the Love Event by Brattleboro Subaru and Subaru of America.

Supporting Upper Valley Haven With Our Thanksgiving Food Drive
This Thanksgiving season we were proud to partner with Reynolds Subaru to support Upper Valley Haven non-profit in their mission of providing families with Thanksgiving meals. From October through November, we collected non-perishable Thanksgiving food items in our dealerships to help provide families with the items they needed this holiday season. Giving back to our community is always our top priority and the holidays present a great opportunity to show our support. We would like to thank our community for helping make this food drive possible!
