We have had four Subarus, all serviced by your
dealership (or its predecessor at the same site with many of the same team
members). The service team at Brattleboro Subaru always accommodates my
schedule, lets me know what work needs to be done immediately vs. what can
wait, and gives me a lift so I can get back to my job while they work on my
car. In the past eight years, I have never had to bring a car back due to
faulty service. Our positive experience with the service department is high on
the list of reasons reasons we continue to buy Subarus (the others being that
Subarus are the ultimate Vermont driving machine, last a really long time, and
rarely require more than scheduled maintenance)."
