John has worked in Brattleboro for most of his career; his family used to own a dealership in town where he worked for eight years.  With 16 years in Brattleboro and 12 years with Subaru, John has built a lot of great relationships and is a huge supporter of local businesses helping local people. He always makes time for his family and customers and he loves to talk, whether with a previous customer while their vehicle is being serviced or new ones looking to purchase a car; he always makes himself available.

Luke started with Brattleboro Subaru as a sales consultant, moving his way to Business Manager, and in August of 2010, Luke was promoted to Sales Manager. We feel lucky to have an employee like Luke, who started at the bottom and, through hard work and dedication to his customers and the dealership, has become a main staple at Brattleboro Subaru.

Shawn joined our staff in December of 2009 and since then has made it his number one priority to satisfy every customer who uses our Parts & Service Department. Shawn believes that every customer is entitled to having all repairs and maintenance done professionally and correctly the first time. We feel confident with Shawn at the wheel of our Parts & Service Department, knowing he will exceed your expectations and give you a place to trust when it comes to your vehicle needs.

She spent five years at U.S. Cellular and would welcome her cellular clients here should they be in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. She enjoys the outdoors, is an avid auto enthusiast, and likes spending time with her family and friends.

Having been brought up in the mountains, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her children. Sheila has an infectious smile and glowing personality; you won't think you're at the dealership to buy a car!
